Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain employee records and documentation
3. Support in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
4. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
5. Help with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
