Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for employee and client queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored HR solutions.
  3. Support key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data updates, and documentation for both internal and client purposes.
  4. Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  5. Generate and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, attendance, and engagement metrics.
  6. Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR services or operations, with a background in client interaction.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and report generation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and align with client requirements.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and confidentiality standards.
