Coordinates human resource and administrative activities such as hiring, managing employee records, and dispersing salaries, along with being responsible for administrative tasks for employees abroad.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with employees and upper management, both in Pakistan and abroad
  2. Maintain human resource records
  3. Manage recruitment cycle for new openings in the firm
  4. Recruit new employees, negotiate and prepare contractual agreements
  5. Effectively implement various HR policies and ensure compliance
  6. Handle employee complaints and grievances
  7. Provide administrative support to conferences, workshops, trips, training, etc.
  8. Implement guidelines for issuance of office facilities/equipment for the present staff and new employees.
  9. Maintain lists of vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
