Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Helpdesk Assistance: Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls for IT assistance and escalate issues as needed.
3. System Maintenance: Support in the maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
4. Software Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing and configuring software applications and updates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year of IT support experience, internships, or part-time roles in IT will be considered.
• Salary: 40,000- 45,000
