JOB PURPOSE:
The M&E and Reporting Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation and oversight of M&E activities and ensuring accurate and timely reporting on program outcomes. This role involves data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of Health Education initiatives and informed decision-making processes. By ensuring robust M&E practices, the M&E and Reporting Officer will contribute to the continuous improvement of SBC and community engagement initiatives under the Health Education Cell.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to relevant stakeholders.
- M&E Field Visits: Conduct field visits on a regular basis to monitor and evaluate program activities.
- Capacity Building: Support capacity-building efforts for staff and partners on M&E practices and reporting.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of field activities and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Team to integrate M&E findings into program planning and implementation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data validation and verification processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences will be preferred.
*A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree*.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience in the development sector specifically in the field of communication, demand generation, risk communication and community engagement, community-based social mobilization, and evidence generation is required.
- Relevant experience conducting, managing and designing fieldwork and data collection for research projects.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Knowledge of local languages is an asset
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent written English communication skills, with a focus on quantitative data analysis and descriptive reports for diverse audiences, will be an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to facilitate communication and coordination between various levels of management and partners and work independently in order to meet deadlines
