- Inspection and testing of incoming materials.
- Interfacing with internal clients such as production management, process engineering, and manufacturing leadership to identify incoming materials requiring release.
- Computer knowledge should include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
- Maintain a positive work ethic and collaborative work environment.
- Support quality improvement efforts in designated areas with the ultimate goal of improving "zero defects" performance.
- Work with the manufacturing team to implement related root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Track and measure critical processes within the plant.
- Assist in the investigation and disposition of Non-conforming material.
