We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts in promoting our software products and services. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the competitive tech industry. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to create compelling messaging and ensure our software solutions reach the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Define target audiences and create buyer personas for effective segmentation.

2. Digital & Content Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to establish thought leadership.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.

3. Product & Brand Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the product team to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new software releases.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for software products.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.

4. Partnerships & Events:

  • Identify and manage partnerships with industry influencers, tech communities, and media.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, trade shows).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in a SaaS/software company.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
