  1. Provides data to the Supervisor for review and inclusion in the monthly report.
  2. Conduct, design, direct, coordinate, and oversee implementation of clinical improvement.
  3. Supports physicians and nurses by providing continuous support, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for clinical information system improvements.
  4. Identify what data is required to support each audit and use a variety of techniques for collecting that data.
  5. Review and interpret operational and clinical information from a variety of sources such as patient records and determine whether clinical guidelines are being followed.
  6. Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
  7. Efficiently manage assigned clinics through exemplary leadership, guidance, and control.
  8. Establish and enforce quality assurance mechanisms, ensuring adherence to standards.
  9. Manage relationships at respective clinics through regular communication, presentations, and performance evaluations.
  10. Oversee documentation procedures, ensuring accurate entries in EMR for all clinic services.
  11. Decide on an appropriate report format, and write timely and informative audit reports on clinical and programmatic data in a manner suitable for audience and purpose.
  12. Provide a quarterly report and present it to the senior management and doctors.
