We are seeking a Medical Billing Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in medical billing, insurance processes, EHR systems, and claims management. The primary focus of this position is revenue cycle management and streamlining the billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Training U.S.-Based Medical Practices:
- You will be responsible for training medical practices on how to use billing software to manage claims, patient statements, and insurance submissions.
- Revenue Cycle Management: You will guide clients through all aspects of the revenue cycle, helping them optimize their processes and workflows.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding for practices by conducting training sessions and offering continuous client support.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with healthcare providers, ensuring they understand the software and use it effectively for their billing operations.
- Project Implementation: You will be instrumental in implementing medical billing solutions and ensuring practices are fully operational with the system in a timely manner.
