We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Scribe to assist physicians in documenting patient visits and ensuring the efficient operation of electronic health records (EHR). The primary objective is to increase the productivity of the physicians by handling clerical tasks, allowing them to focus on patient care.

Requirements:

1. Education: MBBS degree is mandatory.
2. Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays).
3. Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000.

Responsibilities:

Documentation:

• Accurately document medical visits and procedures in real-time.
• Record patient medical history, physical exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Assist in documenting physician-dictated diagnoses, prescriptions, and instructions for patient care and follow-up.

Clerical Tasks:

• Prepare referral letters, handle dictation, faxing, phone calls, and other clerical tasks.
• Ensure letters and reports are sent to all physicians involved in a patient's care.

Medical Record Accuracy:

• Review medical documentation for inconsistencies or errors, ensuring all clinical data, lab results, and physician interpretations are accurately recorded.
• Comply with legal and ethical standards for medical documentation.

Quality Reporting:

• Collect, organize, and catalog data for physician quality reporting systems and assist in quality improvement efforts.
• Help track patient follow-up and compliance.

Training and Compliance:

• Attend training sessions on subjects such as IT, HIPAA, billing, and coding.
• Proofread and edit all medical documents for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
