Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Crafting & Optimization:

• Design effective and efficient prompts for OpenAI models to generate desired outputs across various use cases (e.g., customer support, creative writing, data analysis).
• Conduct iterative testing and refining of prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality AI responses.

Use Case Development:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into prompt-based solutions.
• Identify new opportunities for deploying large language models (LLMs) to address emerging challenges across multiple industries.

AI Output Evaluation & Monitoring:

• Analyze AI-generated responses to measure relevance, coherence, and correctness.
• Develop quality metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve the performance of prompts.

Knowledge Management & Documentation:

• Maintain a repository of successful prompt templates and best practices.
• Provide detailed documentation on prompt design methodology, challenges, and results for internal stakeholders.

Collaboration with AI & Data Teams:

• Work with machine learning engineers to fine-tune models and calibrate prompt configurations.
• Liaise with customer success and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' specific needs.

Research & Innovation:

• Stay up to date with developments in prompt engineering, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experiment with new AI models and features to drive innovative solutions.
