We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must excel in communication and demonstrate strong leadership to ensure smooth shipment processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily shipment operations.
2. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Lead and coordinate teams across departments.
4. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
6. Monitor KPIs and present performance reports.
7. Address and resolve shipment issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Must have a background of the US and European market

• Experience: 4-5 years
• Days & Timings: Monday - Friday & Saturday (Half day), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
