We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. HR Executive responsibilities will span across various HR activities, including managing the employee life cycle, implementing HR policies, supporting employees and management, and contributing to the overall success of the company's workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  2. Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, health insurance, and retirement plans.
  5. Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  6. Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.
  7. Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs
  8. Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  10. Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  12. Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.
  13. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies and other perks.
  14. Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.
  15. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  16. Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
  • Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  • Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.
