The incumbent will assist in the day-to-day record management and will work on reconciling records over the online module.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records and obtain documentation from the employees
2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
8. Planning and organizing monthly birthdays.
9. Assisting in employee orientation.
10. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
11. Participate in organizing company events and career days
12. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
13. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
14. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook.
15. Any other duties assigned by HOD

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration (HR)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good Communication skills.
• Leadership Skills
