RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct at least one placement-related activity per month.
2. Build and maintain relationships with employers to create job and internship opportunities.
3. Add at least 10 new companies to the database each month.
4. Match students with suitable job openings based on their skills and qualifications.
5. Ensure high placement rates for students by networking with top IT companies.
6. Promote Aptech graduates to organizations for employment opportunities.
7. Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for employers during placement activities.
9. Maintain and update student placement records.
10. Maintain media presence by issuing press releases for in-house activities.
11. Collect feedback from companies about student placements.
12. Follow up with employers to gather feedback on student performance.
13. Prepare placement reports for management review.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the management
