12. Conduct meetings with benefits departments to gain insight into new policies pertaining to employee benefits, and discuss about resolving labor-related issues collaboratively and effectively.

Looking for Graduates OR Masters preferably in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration with minimum 6-8 years of experience in pricing and revenue management within Freight Forwarding Industry.

This position is responsible to:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with global agent networks to enhance pricing strategies.
2. Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends and competitor pricing strategies, using this information to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
3. Collaborate with sales & finance teams to support pricing negotiations with customers, ensuring pricing agreements are mutually beneficial.
4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to review pricing agreements, contracts, and terms to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact pricing decisions and strategies.
