We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools and frameworks, a solid understanding of software testing principles, and a strong desire to contribute to high-quality software releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure the software meets quality standards.
- Continuously enhance the automation framework to improve efficiency and expand coverage.
- Report defects and track issues through the defect management tool.
- Assist in maintaining test environments and contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and testing standards across the team.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
- They should be familiar with automation tools and have worked with test automation frameworks.
- A basic understanding of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is essential.
- The candidate should have experience in executing different types of tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are also key.
