We are seeking a Receptionist who will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone inquiries, and support our administrative team. This role is essential to maintaining a positive, professional environment for clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  3. Manage scheduling and appointment booking for visitors and meeting rooms.
  4. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  5. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  6. Handle inquiries, offering relevant information about our services and team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role is preferred.Salary: 25k
