Ensure recovery activities are performed through allocated accounts
Ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Ensure compliance of Regulatory/ Fair Debt Collection Guidelines and KPI’s.
To ensure that all up dates are executed in CWX and all communication is carried on through recorded line and Q-cards are maintained where required
Timely calling to write off customers and communicate them for payment of outstanding liabilities.
Contact to customers within the prescribed time frame and procedure.
To ensure customer complaints and queries are properly addressed or routed to supervisor by using escalation matrix.
To ensure accounts are forwarded to litigation where bank level negotiation is deemed improbable.
To ensure service standards are maintained at an agreed level as per advised guidelines
Identify potential process/ service enhancement for continuous improvement.
To ensure Recovery activity is comprehensively updated in the in house collection system on a daily basis.
Seek guidance from seniors as and when required.
Any additional responsibility assigned by the supervisor.
May be rotated anywhere within the Dept/ Bank as per the requirement.
