Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various banking positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and recruitment agencies.
- Stay updated on banking industry trends and changes in labor laws affecting recruitment practices.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in the banking sector.
