We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  3. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluations of candidates.
  4. Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Develop and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
