We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team at Prime BPO. As a Recruitment Manager, you'll develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure that hiring managers have the best candidates to choose from.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment management
- Proven track record of success in recruitment management, including experience leading a recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
