Should be able to:

1. Oversee rubber shredding processes, ensuring optimal machinery performance.
2. Develop strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
3. Supervise and mentor a team of recycling plant staff.
4. Assign tasks and monitor performance to achieve production targets.
5. Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot shredding machinery regularly.
6. Coordinate repairs with in-house teams or external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
7. Enforce adherence to environmental regulations, waste management policies, and workplace safety standards.
8. Promote a culture of safety through regular drills and training.
9. Track incoming raw materials, such as second-hand shoes.

Must have:

• 3–5 years in recycling, shredding, or rubber processing.
• Deep understanding of rubber recycling processes and materials.
• Hands-on expertise with shredding machinery and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Safety and Waste Management certifications (preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for team management and reporting.
