Job Summary / Purpose:

Responsibility for facilitating delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships, acquiring NTB customer to help in growing branch deposit and business.

Financial Accountability:

1. Total revenue / Bank Level:  As per assigned KPIs/PAM targets
2. Total operating cost budget: Achievement of revenue and expense budget

Job Responsibilities / Challenges / Work Examples:

• Maintain and ensure growth of assigned Portfolio
• Achieve CA (LCY & FCY) - Targets
• Achieve Core Deposit — Targets
• Achieve NTB Acquisition — Accounts Targets
• Achieve Consumer Secured/Unsecured Targets
• Achieve Banca/Wealth Management Targets
• Initiate / Learn the operational aspect of branch

Communications And Working Relationships:

Internal:

• Branches, District, Region, Cluster HO and staff from different cross functional units of the Bank

External:

• Customers & Auditors etc
