Responsibilities:

1. Rural project day-to-day operations
2. Secondary sales monitoring in SnD BI
3. Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
4. Sales Analysis & Trackers from SnD BI for RSR's/AMs & ZM
5. Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
6. Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
7. Following up with RSR's for target achievements
8. AM's & RSR's Incentive preparation
9. Preparation of sales meeting presentation
10. Record keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentation
11. Sales commssion & debit note working for audit
12. Salary working preparation for People HR
13. Coordinate with SnD HODs for any issues
14. RSR's target splitting by brand by SKU

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors from a HEC recognized university
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred FMCG.
