  1. Promote and sell the companys Food & Nutra raw materials to targeted manufacturers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor weaknesses to create effective sales strategies.
  4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  5. Process purchase orders, coordinate with Supply Chain & Commercial teams, and provide shipment updates.
  6. Prepare sales reports, CRM updates, and market analysis.
  7. Ensure compliance with food and nutraceutical regulatory standards.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  9. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in Food & Nutra ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of functional ingredients and emerging market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Existing client network in the Food & Nutra industry is a plus.
  • Preferrably Male.
