  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
  2. Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking
  3. Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions.
  4. Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  5. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business Administration or related field.
  • Min 1 + years of successful experience.
  • Basic understanding of hardware products/ brands including clients, servers, storage, media degasser and CCTV solutions from the industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, Pro devices and others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency CRM software and Microsoft.

Other Details:

  • Experience: 1- 3+ years
  • Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday will be on from 10am - 1pm.
  • Work Mode: Onsite
