Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales leads for plastic products, including but not limited to packaging materials, industrial plastic components, and custom plastic solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and packaging.
  3. Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our plastic products to potential clients.
  4. Understand client requirements and propose tailored plastic solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals with customers.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads.
  9. Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues or concerns related to plastic products and services.
  10. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
