We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored solutions on Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements.
- Develop, customize, and integrate applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and related applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce's best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with Force.com Development.
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Multi-Cloud Integration.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience with Tableau and Analytics Transformation.
- Familiarity with Unified Commerce, Digital Communities, and Customer Engagement tools.
- Strong skills in integrations, including Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Change Management & Learning Processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment tools like Salesforce DX.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
- Experience with Quote to Cash processes and Service Transformation.
- Familiarity with Marketing Transformation and Sales Transformation strategies.
- Previous experience in Agile development environments.
- Experience with other CRM platforms or cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
