We re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer for one of its leading clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales experience, with a preference for candidates from the Paint or Construction sectors. However, we are open to professionals with a background in other industries such as Retail, FMCG, Lubricants, and similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell products and services in line with company goals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate the features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance sales efforts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably within the Paint or Construction industries (Candidates from other industries like Retail, FMCG, and Lubricants will also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
