We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.
2. Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (must have expertise).
3. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
4. Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including Rancher as a Kubernetes management platform.
5. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using Datadog.
6. Collaborate with development and DEV/QA teams to support application deployment and lifecycle management.
7. Automate recurring tasks and operational processes using Python and Bash scripts.
8. Ensure high availability and performance of RDS/Aurora databases.
9. Apply best practices in system security and hardening (security knowledge is a plus).
10. Maintain and optimize Linux-based systems for production environments.
11. Perform system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platforms and application domains.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a strong focus on cloud, native environments.
• Expertise in AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS/Aurora, Cloud, front, EKS (must) ,lambda function etc.
• Extensive experience with Terraform, including module development and remote state management.
• Strong experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Rancher or similar K8s management tools.
• Proficient in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and tools (e.g., vulnerability scanning, secrets management).
2. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
3. Experience with multi-region or hybrid cloud deployments.
