Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, aligning with the company's strategic objectives. 
2. Conduct regular performance analysis, comparing actual results to budgeted figures, and provide insights to senior management. 
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting. 
4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, optimizing liquidity to meet operational needs. Implement strategies to efficiently manage working capital, balancing receivables and payables. 
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Oversee insurance policies to protect the organization against financial risks. 
6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
7. Compliance and Audit: Ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
