Job Role and Duties:

  1. Forecast quarterly & annual hiring needs at the group level.
  2. Formulating JDs & analyzing job requirements.
  3. Designing of technical & behavioral assessments for all unique positions at the group level.
  4. Conducting Interviews & maintaining feedback from business managers.
  5. Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels.
  6. Coordinate with the HR Services team in the onboarding process of employees.
  7. Refining database of the CV's
  8. Job posting & publishing on a daily basis for internal as well as clients positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in HRM.
  • High-level proficiency in managing talent portals and databases
  • Advanced knowledge of interviewing and evaluation methods. Understanding of behavioral competency framework and behavioral interviews structure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
