Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver compelling training content for group sessions.
2. Develop voice-over scripts and oversee training manuals (hard/soft copies, videos).
3. Collaborate with the Training & Development (T&D) team to align programs with company standards.
4. Strategize and execute the training calendar (monthly and annually).
5. Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) to bridge organizational skill gaps.
6. Manage, monitor, and optimize the training budget.
7. Maintain meticulous documentation and operations for both internal and external training programs.
8. Organize materials and certificates while ensuring accurate training records.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in consultancy, education, or corporate training.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and animations.
2. Creative prowess for engaging content conceptualization.
3. Strong command of English and Urdu.
