We are looking for a SEGMENT HEAD SALES & SERVICES for our Office in Karachi. The segment head sales & services is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts and is responsible for the overall positioning of the organization, brand communication and business development. In addition is responsible for yield strategies, implementation, market performance trend analysis, meeting budget , forecast and optimal business mix targets.

Strategies will include pricing, status, direct sales, market mix and public relations. Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication and decision-making skills, and astute business acumen.

Job Role and Duties:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets of the South Region with a thorough review of competitive data , demand analysis.
  2. Prepare operational and financial sales departments reports.
  3. Oversee the management, learning and career development of the sales team.
  4. Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
  5. Creates effective sales programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the organization and its activities.
  6. Preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget.
  7. Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecast and other reports as directed/required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BBA/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience in sales in the service industry.
  • B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, the software industry and the insurance industry will be a big plus point.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate from the HR Consultancy.

Job Description:

  1. Participate in the full SDLC. You will be involved in the initial planning, requirements, design, architecture review, testing, validation, release verification, user experience, and more.

  • Experience testing both front- and back-end systems; this is a full-stack position.
  • Experience creating test frameworks.
  • Experience writing automated tests, in any language.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into continuous integration processes.
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or JavaScript for UI test automation.
  • Experience in programming languages like JavaScript & Python.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, written and oral.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Prior experience with Non-relational DBS.
  • Knowledge of application security concepts.
  • Experience with agile SDLC.
  • Experience working with JMeter to automate UI load testing.
  • Experience with scripting languages.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and aesthetic
  2. Manage and oversee social media content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook groups

  4. Come up with creative captions and use relevant hashtags
