We are hiring for " SQA Lead" having experience of 8 to 10 years plus qa hands-on proven experience, at least 2 to 3 years of sqa automation experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective test strategies, plans, test Scenarios, test environments and test cases for manual and

Primary:

1- set and complete clear testing lifecycle milestones including Test planning, execution and defect tracking, with reports Prioritizing on basis of severity and impact on product line
2. Design and build an automated test suite to conduct regression Testing and set up a continuous integration and deployment (ci/cd) pipeline
3. Establish and implement testing kpis, standards and best Practices to cover tests case design (functional, non-functional And uats) with proper test documentation advising on code Quality
4. Ensure performance, security and data integrity through Performance and data integrity testing, reporting on load, Stress, scalability, security (vulnerabilities), compliance issues,Gap analysis and impact analysis Secondary
5. Stay up-to-date and build in-depth product knowledge through Development teams, gather and analyze business requirements From stakeholders and user profiles

Educational qualification:

• Graduate degree
• Masters degree (preferred)- mcs / mscs- master in software engineer- masters in qa; masters in tqm- mbit
• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)- bscs (h)- bs software engineering- bbit (with a technical masters degree)- bsc (with a technical masters degree)
