- Effective monitoring of all cameras
- In case of any unserviceability, immediately inform the concerned department and get the system back online.
- Provide efficient and accurate responses to emergency situation
- Timely communication to manager admin, security staff, CCTV section in charge, and/or concerned department(If any) regarding any unusual situation
- Keep a record of all emergency cellular phones available in the control room
- To make sure cameras are operated by concerned staff only, unauthorized operation of the CCTV system will strictly be prohibited
- Proper handling/taking over of shift duties.
