We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.

Must Haves:

1. Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. An internship experience is a plus
3. Strong understanding of technology & recruitment processes
4. Excellent English communication, decision-making, and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Pre-screen candidates based on skills, qualifications & cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Maintain applicant records and ensure timely communication.
• Keep HR data updated in HRM software and assist line managers.

Other Details:

• Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
• Paid Internship leading to a permanent role (3 months)
