  1. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  2. Develop talent acqustions and hiring plans.
  3. Lead employment branding initiatives.
  4. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  6. Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  7. Assist in employee retention and development.
  8. Supervise recruiting team.
  9. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
  10. Determine the positions to be filled with internal resources. 
  11. Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates.
  12. Implement new recruitment processes and methods.
  13. Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top student talents.
  14. Take part in major industry events.
  15. Responsible for the full cycle hiring process; from the search to the signing of the candidate.
  16. Carry out negotiations with applicants in compliance with internal compensation guidelines.
  17. Lead, assess and motivate the recruitment team
  18. Determine, measure, and report key metrics for the recruitment team
  19. Carry out all other related tasks
  20. Any other task assign by supervisor.
