- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Develop talent acqustions and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise recruiting team.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
- Determine the positions to be filled with internal resources.
- Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates.
- Implement new recruitment processes and methods.
- Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top student talents.
- Take part in major industry events.
- Responsible for the full cycle hiring process; from the search to the signing of the candidate.
- Carry out negotiations with applicants in compliance with internal compensation guidelines.
