Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide executive support to top-tier management with a strong emphasis on technical coordination and project management.
  2. Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, technical reports, and business documents.
  3. Organize and manage meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and action item follow-ups.
  4. Collaborate with IT teams and leadership to enhance technical workflows and reporting structures.
  5. Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  6. Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with database management, or IT systems is an advantage.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage technical tasks, track progress, and provide updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in a relevant field will be preferred.
