Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications as per the job requirements.
- Filter Candidates using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
- Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Handling initial screen calls and arranging Interviews with the Department manager.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the manager.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience working in a corporate environment.
- Experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
