Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze client requirements, including expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), databases (Oracle, SQL), and telecom engineering roles.
  2. Create and post job descriptions tailored to client needs and source candidates with relevant skills.
  3. Screen candidates to ensure proficiency in required technical areas and match qualifications with job expectations.
  4. Manage various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, E3).
  5. Facilitate interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and handle post-interview steps such as negotiations, candidate approval, and onboarding.
  6. Maintain communication with candidates and recruitment managers for updates and progress tracking.
  7. Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and job boards effectively to source high-quality talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting for IT and telecom engineering roles, including knowledge of programming languages and databases.
  • Familiarity with technical requirements in the engineering and telecom sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment systems, employment types, and visa classifications.
  • Comfortable working in a third-shift night onsite role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
