1. Respond on user requests/queries. Time commitment knowledge transfer to users.
2. Monitor/Manage user query respectively on a daily basis. Double-check that the all-devices hardware parts running in a normal state.
3. Necessarily check and maintenance of network and non-shared devices to evade any discontinuity of user tasks.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's  in Computer Science or IT
• 2 - 4 years of experience 
• Must have knowledge of Troubleshooting, configuration, Cisco SW, Networking, and Veeam Backup
