Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential clients via phone calls to introduce and promote our law and immigration services.

3. Provide detailed information to clients about our services, pricing, and packages
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
5. Qualify and prioritize leads based on their needs and potential for conversion.
6. Address client queries, resolve concerns, and offer tailored solutions.
7. Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring continuous engagement.
