Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring all submissions meet regulatory requirements.
2. Analyze tender documents and specifications to determine project feasibility.
3. Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to compile necessary documentation and proposals.
4. Prepare and submit well-organized and timely tender documents.
5. Maintain an up-to-date database of tender opportunities and submissions.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities relevant to our product line.
7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and gather feedback.
8. Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations for tender submissions.
9. Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of tenders and provide insights for future bids.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in tender management or related roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
