Job Responsibilities:

  1. Liaison with all stakeholders & Optimizing training processes for efficiency
  2. Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  3. Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
  4. Developing and delivering training sessions for SBDM and upper-tier
  5. Ensure the exhibition of organizational values & integrity
  6. Deliver training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
  7. Create, update, and refine training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  8. Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps.
  9. Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  10. Recommend and implement new training techniques or tools to improve program outcomes.

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Stakeholder Management
  • Exceptional skills w.r.t Strategic Planning, Analytical Insights, Process Improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools / MS Office Suite

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Graduation.
  • Experience: Must have experience of 5-6 years in the training and development department
