Responsibilities:

  1. Creating interesting and engaging training content for group's trainings.
  2. Developing voice over scripts .
  3. Training manual prints out and filling.
  4. Collaboration with the T&D Team.
  5. Proficiency and attention to detail.
  6. Conducts training needs analysis using surveys, interviews & focus groups to assess performance gaps.
  7. Prepares monthly learning calendar based on inputs from business unit heads to ensure that learning outcomes are driven as per business objectives.
  8. Prepare Employee Training data.
  9. Prepare Employee Training attendance data.
  10. Review and design Training Programs Manuals & Library Management.
  11. Maintain & update training programs Manuals as per laid standards

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Relevant Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in (consultancy/education/corporate)
  • Skill-based experience of working in relevant field.
