Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Analyze and assess training needs at various levels of the program. Prepare, control and track training budget.
  2. Planning & Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis.
  3. Preparation of Training Daily Attendance Report. Monthly Training Report. 
  4. Training Material Provision, stationery, venue management and vehicle management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA / MBA in HR.
  • 2-4 years of experience. 
  • Proficient in MS Office.
