  1. Implement and manage a shared Outlook calendar system for all offices, ensuring regular updates by incumbents.
  2. Attend meetings, prepare or collect minutes, and follow up on deliverables, keeping MOMs organized and updated on the file server.
  3. Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and update People I (technical) documents and files.
  5. Manage the CEO's meeting schedule for the entire group.
  6. Coordinate quarterly board meetings and AGMs, and ensure accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
  7. Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  8. Handle CEO's office cash management and manage special projects as assigned.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience of Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ATS as well
