Job Description:

  1. Improve system uptime by arranging periodic health checks and initiating requisitions for new systems or accessories in a timely manner.
  2. Responsible for building and configuring new hardware, as well as installing and updating software.
  3. Evaluate system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Manage the Change Management Process to ensure smooth transitions and updates.
  5. Repair personal computers, organization computers, and servers to keep systems operational.
  6. Create and maintain computer networks, running diagnostic programs to identify and resolve issues.
  7. Specialize in server and telecommunication repair, system administration, data recovery, programming, and information systems.
  8. Repair issues such as incorrect settings, viruses, and spyware, and replace faulty hardware or the entire operating system as necessary.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in IT field)
  • Adequate knowledge of Hardware/Software and troubleshooting
  • Ability to develop a strong working relationship
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines

Required Experience:

We are seeking experienced UH Process Improvement to lead our efforts in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process enhancements across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, a record of accomplishment of driving efficiency gains, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, conducting assessments, and developing improvement plans.
